Generate Object Code
Will this result "code" which one can distribute but in a non-human readable form?
I looked in PBASIC Help and found nothing there.

What's it all about then?

"Radio Buttons" for: Object Code, Object Code and Stamp Loader, Single Executable

    Looks like it does.· I hate to just run stuff, but I gave it a go.· Interesting.

    Tracy Allen has a loader listed on his website: www.emesystems.com/stache.htm. I think Parallax used to sell them, but I might just be remembering incorrectly. Or they may have sold something similar, maybe around 2003-2005.

    Thanks, man.· Yes, that's the Stache.· But with the/this object code generator you can distribute your programming without giving the store away (but a PC is req'd and I'm cool with that.)· The Stache carries the program and you can go about, hither and yon, and update everything in the field.·

    Anyway, this'll be good.

    The "Generate Object Code" feature is typically used when a company wants to send out updates to·their customers devices without the customer being able to see the code.

    And I believe as yet, it has not been corrected (the object code options) in the latest editor release.

    I haven't "upgraded" from 2.2 and its "Single Executable" worked.· Well, it made an .EXE on my hdd, but I didn't try to make that happen with a Stamp plugged in, etc.

    Yeah, 2.2 worked fine.
    It's only this latest version that has the glitch.
    I await the fixes.
