Help With Easy Bluetooth Module-QTI Sensor

Hello,
I'm working on a project for an upper level chemistry course and I need to figure out how to get our Easy Bluetooth Module to cooperate with a QTI line sensor. We want to set a threshold on the sensor and then have the bluetooth send out a signal to a cell phone alerting us to when the sensor has been tripped. We can't find any sample code or anything to help us figure out the bluetooth portion of this problem. I have a mac and can't figure out how to get the computer, cellphone, and Easy BT module to all communicate. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please help!!
