Need help Hb25 and banebot motor

Hi your ,
I had build robot with Hb25 motorcontroller and the banebot motor
and the code here

·PULSOUT hb12, 690····, slow down speed so robot turn to charger

the problem is when i let robot stay in charge couple day without touching it·then the motor wont operate , so if· i liftup robot (robot 10lb)· and celebration the motor·then·motor work again , anyone know about banebot motor?
