No Basic Stamp Found. Need help trouble shooting.

Earlier today, I had successful built my first boe-bot. I had hooked it up to my computer and was running basic programs such as HelloBoeBot.bs2. I had finished writing IrRemoteButtonDisplay/Capture and had went out to buy a remote. I saved all the programs and left. When I came back, I hook the boe bot back up to the computer, successful ran the HelloBoeBot.bs2 program, then tried the IrRemoteCodeCapture. It ran a couple of times, after I started to test the connection of the remote, I am getting the message

No BASIC Stamps found.

Can I get some help troubleshooting this please?

    As has been mentioned many many times before, the "No BASIC Stamps Found" error message is almost always due to one of two things, particularly when the setup has worked before:

    1) Inadequate or no power to the Stamp. Try fresh batteries or a 6V or 7.2V power supply.

    2) Broken serial connection. Try a different serial (or USB) cable.

    The power Supply was low even though green light was still on.
