How could keep the GPS(GM862) module information in the Logomatic (SD)?

Hello I am an absolute beginner with basic Stamp
but my desire to learn are much farther away.

What I have is mind is to design a system that can send GPS coordinates of latitude and longitude via GPRS to a remote server, but also have a backup system to store data in a SD because it is very common in data loss via GPRS so keep a backup of the entire journey.

I have read enough about GM862 and how to program in python & AT, which could be able to get the latitude and longitude but that is where my problem begins.

How could keep the information within LogOmatic?
How could forward the information within the SD card?

GPS --- BASIC STAMP - LogOmatic (SD)
GPS ---> GPRS (Remote Server)
LogOmatic - BASIC STAMP - GPS (GPRS / remote server).

The idea is great, but for data logging, I think you are better off with the Vinculum data logger,·and the Basic Stamp boards you can

purchase them directly from Paralax.

You are wellcame wu4m4n,

I think you have all that you need for your project, by the - GPS Datalogger Kit - from Parallax. This kit is much better and also cheaper, you need only a
GSM/GPRS module.
You could also use a cellphone (an old one maybe) it most be a cellphone with the connections which you could connect to it and send the proper AT Commands. If I find a proper GSM/GPRS module for your project, I will PM you.

Internet searching, I found this module.
GM862 Cellular Quad Band Module

Which convinced me, because it has built python, Integrate GPS and GPRS module into one and is compatible with basic stamp.

1 hours ago purchased the following modules in parallex, GM862 least not found it.
