    I have that book. Came with my kit, along with the manual and a demo board. I've only started it, so can't give much of a review. So far, so good.

    I believe there's another book - by a member called Harpin (I think) - and that's due for release sometime soon.

    whiteoxe I have to say with all the prop stuff I bought I was reluctant to buy ""Programming and Customizing the Multicore Propeller Microcontroller: The Official Guide "" But I needed the prop manual so I bought the kit
    that had the prop manual and the programing and customizing book with the prop demo board...
    All I can say is WOW I love that book its really a great way to learn about programing the prop I had bought the educational book with a prop stick and that was is very good as well but this new book is just awesome I would highly recommend.

    Thank you Harprit for this pronounced contribution to the Propeller community. It is sometimes unusual for one man to take on this task of writing a book, let alone learning the Propeller at the same time.

    You will be helping many people learn the ways of one of the great microcontrollers.

    My book is on order and should be here soon.

    Best Regards,

    Jim

    @Jim

    Thanks so much for taking the time to say those nice things
    It was fun and I learned a lot. At least I think I did! (I'm 70 now and I tend to forget!)
    I'm working on making a DC servo with an encoder act like a stepper motor. (CNC gurus take note).
    Its not as straightforward as it looks because you cant drop a single step. Think about that.
    Now me thinks I need to do things faster and I might even have to teach myself PASM
    Heaven forbid. Another book!!!! Prop 102. Nah.

    All the best
    Harprit
