    Strange - Wonder if anyone will do this? We will know soon enough I guess!

    Most of the info is so readily available.

    I want to meet this guy - http://www.botjunkie.com/2010/04/13/togolese-robot-built-mostly-from-old-tvs/

    @whit,
    Wow!, that robot walks as good as the Honda robot and way less money.

    Cool little TogoBot, Whit! Looks like the feet are actually rolling on eccentric wheels or cams rather than shifting weight & picking up the feet. Still remarkable, and makes for a very smooth walking motion.

    Well the download is cheap enough, but design doesn't seem the hard part. It's finding time to locate supplies, fabricate parts, and build things.

    The TogoBot is pretty cool. I prefer rolling bots over walking bots though.

    Although, as an educator I firmly believe there are valid, worthwhile, and mutually beneficial opportunities where "teaching for profit" transactions occur, after reviewing the information describing the transaction details provided by the seller while then perusing inventories of seemingly similar commodities being offered elsewhere, then adding relevance to the exchange value of all avenues in this potpourri of choices, I'm not fully confident ample justification warrants the support of reasonable consideration for submitting capital resources in order to obtain the various goods/services received by such a transaction as mentioned in the original post.

    But, that's just my take on the deal, so, who really knows?
