Memory Stick Datalogger and Resistors

Does the Parallax Datalogger need any resistors to safely interface with the Prop (or is it the other way around)? My Datalogger is in SPI mode. I read a post that talked about 1k's in UART mode.

    The Propeller operates at 3.3v, and the datalogger operates at 5v so yes, you need resistors. I use 2kohm.
