Looking for obscure datasheet on SN74S731N (IT IS NOW FOUND)

I'm trying to revive an old system but am having a hard time track down some datasheets for some of the parts. One in particular is for an SN74S731N chip. If you happen to have any data on this chip please let me know. So far all searches for that chip just turn up places that buy components but none for sale and no data. I'd like to pickup some of these as spares to keep on hand so if you have any of these hidden away in your parts bins I could use them.

    RW,

    Of the 4 suppliers I frequent, all had no listing. Texas Instrument had no listing. A search via Google turned up info that said it was a "memory driver", but nothing more than that:

    And we're positive it's not a 7731N ? ... Quad 64-bit static shift register

    Check the number of pins and where VCC and GND go to confirm this but it could be a 74S73 I for industrial temperature and N for DIP Dual J-K Flip-Flop.
    14 pins
    VCC = 4
    GND = 11

    Thanks for looking into this. The chip was made by MMI and has a date code of 8305 and was used on an older Z-80 system between the CPU and the DRAM chips. It is a 20-pin DIP so I'm sure it isn't a 74LS73 variant. I have two styles of the board. One uses a pair of SN74LS731N chips and the other version (a bit earlier) used a pair of 74LS157 chips. The board with the SN74LS731N chips isn't working and I think having the data sheet on that chip may help. A schematic would help but there isn't one and I have to make one up as I go along. I'm sure someone has an old databook (pre PDF) with data on this chip. I just haven't found it in any of my books.

    That same board also has some other bizarre parts like a Z8581 chip for the clock circuit. The video (on a separate card) is all based on a Signetics video chip set and it very unusual. Eventually I may try to use a Propeller to emulate that one...

    @erco, Thanks for the link. I'll have to check to see what they want for some of those chips.

    The missing datasheet has been located! Someone (thanks Randy) on one of the vintage computer lists was able to find it. In case anyone it curious it is online here:

    Love that SKINNYDIP name!

    Were you able to track any down at reasonable prices?
