.pdf file for Thumper (Prop Contest) won't load

I tried to download the .pdf file for Thumper and it won't load.· I tried downloading it on three different computers so I know it isn't me.· It is a file featured in the Prop contest.

    Try right-clicking the link and then select Save As... from the pop-up menu. In my testing, I noticed that IE 8 with all of the security enabled would not permit the PDF to be downloaded unless I performed a CTRL-Click on the link.
