Combination of games question

What I am trying to bridge the frogger and hydraman games together, making the image of hydraman crossing the street instead of the frog in frogger. Also I want the hydraman to still drop the bombs and destroy the cars in the frogger game. I have been looking and the source code for these to games and somewhat have an understand the commands and syntax of the code but I do not See where the image of the hydraman or frogger r called into program. Any suggestions, help or comments are grately appreciated.

@ baggers, I was referring to the frogger demo that comes with the hydra cd included in the kit

Looking at the source code from both games, they use different video drivers which may make this
difficult or at the least extremely challenging depending on your skill level.

This is why a couple of us are working on a beginner friendly universal driver for the purpose of
creating various games. (forum link in my sig)

I appreciate all the info. Do you guys have any suggestion of an easy game to design for a beginning spin programmer such as myself? Or even any modifications to existing games that may be interesting and strecth my knowlegde?
