Speaker is pointed the wrong direction, you won't get the deep porcelain echo from the bowl.

One of my colleagues where I used to work brought in a radio-controlled box that made farting noises, and hid it by the kitchen area in our office. I was making a cup of coffee, and one of the senior managers came up and started chatting to me. The box was triggered several times, but I pretended not to hear it, although I couldn't stop laughing, as was everybody else in the office. He looked at me a bit oddly, and walked off. I never told him about it, it seemed funnier to leave him in the dark.

Na, there's 2 speakers, not one, the upper one is for the vocal sounds, the other is hidden in the bowl facing down.
