I have a propmod_1x1 that for some reason has a defective P21 pin. I can't figure out why so I am offering it to the first that claims it for $21.

Probably a poor solder joint. Have you tried resoldering it?

yep. The problem may just be my testing method and the pin actually works or it could be that the pin is not connected to the silicone.

This is typical of static damage, it seems to me. Were these assembled with a static wrist strap, or equivalent?
