servo advice needed

I have need for 2 servos as light as possible

servo 1)
120-180 deg motion
able to rotate a mass of 270g with a center of gravity 24mm from the rotation center

servo 2)
360 deg rotation needed but I can gear it if needed.
able to rotate mass of 350g with a center of gravity less then 30mm from the rotation center.


if my math is right then servos with 11oz-in torque or more will do for both. price is not an issue(within reason cheaper is still nice). weight is biggest issue.

any sugestions. or corrections on my mathematical thinking?

the diagram says 180deg but it is listed under rotation as only 90deg. which is it?

i think that it means that since most servo rc controllers will only output 1000us to 2000us (or 1050 to 1950 from the diagram)·that the servo will only go 90 degrees. But this servo will accept pulses from 600us to 2400us and that will make it move 180 degrees. thats what i gather from the documentation.

i think that servo you mention is just geared different so it doesn't have as much travel as the other one. i've noticed that the offer different servos with different angles of movement. why, i don't know, maybe to fit into finiky (real estate wise) r/c items or designs, etc. also it's a digital servo.

Got response back. Servo you listed will do. The reason digital had $10 extra charge is it needs to be reprogrammed for wider.
