SPI interface H48C Tri-Axis

hi,

i want to use Hitachi H48C Tri-Axis, and it says that it have a SPI interface, but how many bits are if i want to read from this sensor??, 8 bits, 16 bits or 32 bits??

And how do i should interpret this bits received??
