How does the H48C work? Is it sensing capacitance or resistance diffrence?
Where can i get more info on the techology behind it?

thank you very much! this will help me alot. but i also wonder which technology the h48c uses. ive been search around hitachis website without finding anything. maybe anyone here knows about it

Sorry I mean, Is it a Capacitive or a Piezoresistive Accelerometer?

I'm almost positive the h48c is capacitive.
