Configuration Problem: Index outside Array Bounds

I'm running PropScope 1.04 on Vista.· More often than not, when I try launching PropScope I end up with an error that states:· Configuration Problem; Processing Configuration; Detail: Index was outside the bounds of the Array.· This error comes after the application comes up, then a Connection Status window states "Loading Device", followed by "Trying COM 5", then I get the above error window.
It's pretty much hit and miss in getting a successful launch.· I know I'm properly connected when I can hear what sounds like a relay switch.· But as stated, most of the time I'm getting the error statement.
Any suggestions?· Thanks!

I'm busy working on a v1.05 update which should resolve this issue. It's taken a bit longer, but should be here within a week.
