WinTV USB Compatible with Propeller?

I found my old WinTV usb with composite input. I opened it and found a some sort of microcontroller chip inside. Seems that this chip does all the video sending and has a lot of spare ports. i found the digram of the chip and wonder if anyone can help me out..

    The data sheet is for an old memory chip. It is like the sort od EDO DRAM that I was trying to staple onto Dr_A's DracBlade.

    Presumably this is not the chip you were asking about.

    Yes i guess your right. The output goes through a Zoran USBvision (zr36504 tqc)
