5 Positon switch

Hello All,
Looking to order this part(Like Parallax's 5 pos. swt.) but I can not find it at Mouser nor Digikey. Has anyone ever ordered this part. I just want the switch alone.
That did not seem to work...Parallax#:Item code 27801
