Adding potentiometer to design

I did a simple code to control (4) relays with (2) L.E.D.'s in circuit to monitor my time frame(in seconds)·between activation of relays.· Please see code below.· I would like to add (2) pots in the design.

(1) to vary the time between relay1 and relay2 activation
(1) to vary the time between relay3 and relay4 activation

I'm not sure how to add the code for the pots?· I want to make this as simple as possible.· I've read RCTIME definition and still can't quite figure out where and how to add the code.· I'll be using 10k pots with 0.1 caps as in the RCTIME·example for hardware.· Thanks!!

Not sure if what·I said above states what I exactly need.

1- Need to vary the PAUSE between relay1 and relay2 activation between 0-3 seconds with (1)·pot

2- Need to vary the PAUSE between relay3 and relay4 activation between 0-24 seconds with (1)·pot
