That is very cool. When I was a kid the closest I came to a robot was watching "Lost in space" and thinking how cool that robot was. Can you imagine what kids today will be capable of with what hey have access to now?
Yes - It is amazing what is available today. It has been said a lot here, but it really is like the early days of computers for ordinary users. So much fun!
