The Kingdom of Crogz

This should be a given. The Classic 1987 "Kingdom of Kroz" by Scott Miller and Apogee Software.
This game opened my eyes to what computer games can be. Seemed like a perfect project.
A few months ago I started porting this game to the Propeller platform. Since then I have not had much time to work on it.
No guarantees that you will even be able to see any graphics, it's been months and the code is in early stages.
You WILL have to modify the source files for your own setup.
I tried to stay true to the original, hey the original source code is available.
I even created a Perl script that converts a human readable txt map format into spin code (I'm proud of this part).
I really want to finish this, but I have no time. So I place this code in the public domain for all to benefit, before it's finished...
I do have some new code for the monster AI, the way the original game worked, but I'm still sorting through life changes, and trying to find it.
Please enjoy, I'm trying to find time for my Prop addiction.

Scott Miller's Kroz series was great! I remember when that was on "Big Blue Disk" years ago...and AAA (Alfredo's Arduous Adventures). Good times. Good times.
I will also give it a try.

This is a difficult project, especially since I wanted the game to feel like the original.
You can't play Kroz on new hardware, even with DOSBox or similar, it just doesn't feel right.
Best bet may be the Flash versions, to get the feel of it.
I have another version of my my code, which includes parts of monster AI and the timing of the game. I think I have the inspiration to make it playable and I will post in a few days.
