Basic stamp power requirments

I know that the bs2 requires 5V regulated on pin 21. But my voltage regulater only puts out 4.97V, will my bs2 still function properly?

    Yes. I will take voltages between 4.5 and 5.5 on Pin 21.

    The same answer applies to the Stamp as to your LCD question.
