Motor Controller help

So, I was at my local thrift store today and found a really cool Totota Supra remote control car. Grant it, it did not have the remote, but I was just looking for a base for a robot project I have decided to work on. To my amazement the motor for the rear wheels and for the steering column actually work!!!! Any how, since it is running on 9.6v, I was wondering if anyone could·recommend a motor controller to use with my BS2SX stamp on the BOE board. Thanks for your help.

    Parallax hb-25s will work and they have source code.
