Please update the Mac version of the Basic Stamp2 Editor to support BS2px chip
I recently bought a Penguin kit. Its cool that it uses the latest BS2 chip the px. However I was really sad to find out the Mac version of the Basic Stamp2 editor I have been using doesn't support the px yet . I really hate to have to load up my Parallels virtual machine to run Vista to use the Parallax Editor. Well, heck I hate having to run Vista period .
I have been a professionally employed programmer for over 30 years and started on an Apple II+ writing in 6502 Assembly Language and I have done some development for the Mac. I would be glad to lend a hand to help with a patch for the Mac editor. Its a nice program, very good work. I am used to doing work under non-disclosureship or similar agreements.
Thanks!

I'm not a Mac person, but I know that some here are. Have you PM'd Mike Green?

I agree, the Mac program is wonderful, and since at home I'm one of those "Mac Elitists" I love not having to run a VM either. The Mac software was created by a third party developer, and last I heard he was working on integrating the BS2px into the program.
He's very friendly and would love to hear your kind words. You can always reach him from the Feedback link on his website here.
Hope this helps!
