Something that I found at Thinkgeek.com http://www.thinkgeek.com/gadgets/tools/b70c/ it is "wire glue" evidently you apply it to two wires and when it is dried it is conductive.

Disclamer
I do not work for ThinkGeek I just like looking at their site, Moderators feel free to delete this.

The glue may conduct but it will have a relatively high resistivity. solder would still be the best way to go.

I thought that would be the case soldering is not that hard anyways and in the long run it is cheaper than buying glue. ;) That said it could be good for quick and dirty fixes.

Conductive silver paste has been available for a while to repair auto rear window defrosters, such as this overpriced item: http://www.frostfighter.com/prt2000.htm I've seen it much cheaper at auto parts stores. That's a high-current application, so this stuff must be plenty conductive·if it works at all.

erco they are not using silver though. They are using carbon. Silver is the best conductor of electricity at room temperature known to man(or at least to me). Carbon how ever is a fairly poor conductor. take your ohm meter to a pencil and you will see what I mean.

In the picture they show an led glued to wires. rapping wire around led legs and using non conductive glue would work just as well.
