Stepper Motor Circirt Help

I have a 3 pole Stepper motor that I need to drive.

I need a circirt that will reverse polarity for each of the three motor legs.

So when one motor leg is high (+v) the othe two are low (-v).

How do i tell if its a stepper motor or a brushless motor?

Here is a picture of the coils, the rotor has the magnets in it.

and a wiring diagram of how the coils are wired.
