CNC Machine using Propellers...
This project, while not a robot, is something I have been working on for a while now.· It is a 3 axes CNC machine capable of performing PCB drilling and isolation milling.· It uses 2 Propeller chips to handle two of the tough tasks: Motion Control and Keyboard, Mouse, and VGA interfacing. It has been a fun project and certainly helped me to learn about the Propeller chips and what they are capable of.
Here are links to some videos about it...

So will this become a product?
Cheers,

I seriously doubt it if I will bring either the machine or the control to market.· Customer support for a CNC control is VERY demanding.· People often need so much help getting going with them, you run at a loss too much of the time.· The machine would probably be too expensive as well to sell.·
The project started out as a test bed to develope the control and the whole purpose of developing the control was to challenge myself - so far I have succeeded :-) ( I learned that I am mentally challenged)

Keep challenging yourself if this is the result!

I especially like your display with mouse control. What resolution are you using? What object did you use?

Yes, that is VGA-HiRes that I am using for the display - rock solid and easy to use.
