Controller board for LCD required...

I bought one of these with perhaps the intention of creating my own controller using a Propeller - but i don't really have time.

Does anybody know of a controller (backpack?) that would work on it?

It uses the T6963C low-level controller (http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/toshiba/1908.pdf)

I don't know of any. There is code available on the exchange originally written for this specific unit.

Are you short on pins, or why do you want to do a backpack? If you do anything but text you will have to code specific graphics commands.

A side note on this controller. It requires reading and writing, you can't just shove data at it.

sadly the pin-outs are different which makes it pain.

Shame cause it was ideal otherwise
