hb25 dc motor connection
hi.
i have question· about how to connect hb25 to 3v dc motor used in simple rc car.
i made connection between my microcontroller board of education to hb25 from pin 15 with extension cable then i powered hb25 with 9v battery after having read its documant for precaution.hb 25 gives green light indicating power connection is correct, then i tried to connect dc motor with hb25 but the dc motor doesnt·run.i used the example code but still·no turn on dc motor side. Can anyone help me about that

Please let me suggest using the Micro Dual Serial Motor Controller for a motor with that voltage range. Using the HB25 would be like using a Jet plane to cross the street. A 9V battery really isn't an adequate power source for an HB25 anyway. The HB25 is really designed to drive something more substantial and 'likes' an equally substantial power supply.

what if i use 12v power supply for hb25 and 12v dc motor?According to·a post from Vern Graner - 10/8/2007 9:36 AM,it worked but
12v is not·so·higher than 9v ?··
It's not so much the difference in voltage, 9V is fine. ... But a 9V battery is inherently weak as far as how much mAH it can source. The HB25 itself will work with a voltage range of 6.0 VDC - 16.0 VDC, but to really use it in the area that it was designed to operate you need to supply more current than a 9V battery is capable of delivering.
