Hi everybody,

Recently I have introduced my daughter to the BS2 and programming. Needles to say she loves it.

She has a project to do for school and asked me if we can make a lie detector using the BS2. Does anybody know if this has been covered before? If it hasn't would it be difficuilt to do?

Thanking you in advance

The BS2 isn't going to be able to do the "lie detecting". It could control some external sensors and display the results. Do some research first on lie detectors. These might consist of skin resistance sensors, pulse and respiratory rate sensors. There are some lie detectors that work by analyzing voices for signs of increased muscle tension in the vocal tract.

A skin resistance sensor would be fairly simple. Do a Wikipedia search for Galvanic Skin Response and Lie Detector

I have found many circuits regarding lie detectors as per your info.
Thanks. As I understand it a skin resistance sensor is just alfoil conected to the circuit by wire. What do you suggest I use in conjunction with the BS2 to display the results?
    Thanks again.
