Hello All,

I really have 3 Questions....

1) Does anyone know of a good Tactile Switch/Cap combo? (Parallax version or any other). Specs. (2.5/6.5mm). I've ordered some parts but not knowing all that I should I got mix part sizes...DAHHHH. I'm waiting for new CAPS to arrive. Digikey.com seems to have a better Combo selections so I'm getting ready to order some samples.

2) Where can I order the Parallax new 5 position switch only(Not the Switch and Board), I could not find it at Mouser or Digikey?

3) Diptrace...Has anyone connected and can explain how to connect a Copper Pour to a IC pin/Mounting holes? I ask at their Forum but I still could not get it to work. I need another point of view.

Thanks for any and all help

Howard

I don't use Diptrace, but you probably need to assign the copper pour to the same net (ground?) as the pin and mounting holes.

For push button type switches, I like the E-Switch 320 series. They come in a variety of colors and cap styles, stack in both directions, and are breadboard friendly (if you don't mind the space they take up).
