PMB-248 GPS Module

I have bought a PMB-248 GPS receiver module. I am trying to use it with Basic Stamp 2 micro-controller.
But I am not able to program it. I don't know how to receive data from it.
Can any one just help me with the coding ?

    I want to ask another thing, the GPS module's RED Led is always blinking sometimes fast sometimes slow. So what does it mean ?

    It means it does not have a satellite lock. It usually needs to see at least 3 satellites to start working. Are you trying to use it inside a building? Even by a window, mine does not lock. I have to be outside.

    Your gps receiver is working with the sample code given in the pdf ?
