My new PCB router

Just finished testing my new router I had bought ballslides for last August.
Got pretty late last night and i was able to take a snow day as well.
Learning about constant velocity settings to get the corners square at higher speeds.
This is a clip, (First of the bridgeport cutting a 1" hole in one of the plates I used for the zed.) Running at 150ipm using an acceleration of 60 in mach3 I was able to get nice square corners. Cutting a block of wax here, nice medium to start with for initial setup or I would have broken some bits.
enjoy, more to come and I hope to offer pcb routing services at some point.
150 ipm cutting wax.

This was a test at 270ipm of just the ballslides

Think Inside the box first and if that doesn't work..
Re-arrange what's inside the box then...
Think outside the BOX!

very nice, I'm envious! ... the wax almost looks like metal when it's being cut.
