Sparkfun RGB backpack

Greetings,
I'd like to attempt to control an array of these little backpacks from Sparkfun with the propeller. I've read the sticky about interfacing the 3.3v propeller with 5v devices and still had a few questions. With the attached diagram as a reference using the SPI objects, do I need 10k resisters between the Propeller and the SCK pin, and between the Propeller and the CS pin since the backpack unit is 5v based? From my understanding, The 3.3v from the Propeller to MOSI pin should be fine as it is since it's above the logic level.
Thanks in advance and kind regards to all.

Fred

Webheadfred - can you provide a link to the specific SparkFun product? I googled a bit, but I am not sure if I am looking at the same product you are. Once we are on the same product page I can understand that product and better advise on the interface.

It can not hurt. I would at the least put the resistor on the Data link. Although if data is only going out then you would not need any resistors on any lines.
