Standoffs For Tower of Super Carrier Boards

I'm planning to build a tower of super carrier boards using standoffs.

Will 0.025" (6.35mm) 1/4" Hex work OK?

6-32 or 8-32 Thread?

You can use the 0.025" (6.35mm) 1/4" Hex·standoffs.· The diameter for the hole is .138" (3.43mm).
