adco832 with sharp gp2d12

am using an adc0832 from texas instrument which has both data out and data in.anybody here who know how to use it especially with the gp2d12 infrared analog sensor.

    Read the Stamp tutorial "Basic Analog and Digital", downloadable from Parallax. It has a detailed explanation and sample code for using an ADC0831 with a Stamp. The ADC0832 is similar. Look at the datasheet for the devices and you'll see how the ADC0832 has the select bit added for the desired input channel. You should be able to easily adapt the sample code for the ADC0831.

    still cant figure how to select desired imput using the tlv0832
