PropScope Install Issue

When I installed the PropScope 1.04 on my 2 Win XP computers one of them had to be restarted before the computer would recognize the PropScope. The other computer had no issue with seeing and using the PropScope without being restarted. Just wanted to pass the info along in case someone else had a similar issue.
