Accessory boards for PSM (& ExpressPCB Pricing Info)

Finally have enough $$ to order some accessory boards for the PSM...
Big question is how many to order...· I don't really expect to sell that many,
but you may find these plots of the ExpressPCB pricing scheme interesting.
This is the price for "Production Service" of a standard "Miniboard" 3.8"x2.5"
sized 2-layer board with soldermask and silkscreen.
I'm pretty much forced to get 50 with 10-day service.· There's a huge
dip in price, right at the 50-board qty.
