Penguin Plug'n'Play Sensors
It's a little known fact and something not publicized
that Penguin robot is plug'n'play with several sensors.
For example, you can plug in a PING))) and be hardware
ready. You can also plug in a PIR sensor, load your program
and have Penguin fully working! Another really great sensor
that is also plug'n'play is the temperature sensor - the
MLX90614 Infrared Thermometer Module.

When plugging in sensors to the AUX 5 expansion port,
merely observe the polarity and markings on the motherboard,
i.e. match up the requirements for voltage, ground and signal.
Anyone care to add to the existing list of Plug'n'Play sensors
available for Penguin?

* PING)))
* PIR Sensor
* MLX90614 Infrared Thermometer Module

    Penguin Expansion Port
    For those of you that are still saving up for Penguin robots,
    a bit of explanation is helpful. Penguin robot has this great
    invention on its head - an expansion port. It's actually very
    simple, just a three pin socket.

    You can plug in all kinds of cool sensors that give Penguin
    lot's of add-on capabilities. Some of the projects I've created
    are night vision, biological detection, and non-invasive
    temperature probing.

    This is Penguin's famous AUX5 expansion port - it opens up
    all new worlds by allowing sensors and various circuit add-ons.
