Platform Tester Module


For my propmodules and the lcd breakout boards i needed a good test rig so I got some generic PCB made up. I got more then I needed so I send Gadget Gangster the left overs so you could use them also.

I am not sure if my description makes it obvious if it will work for you. Anyone have any questions or advice so I can make a better description?

Right now, it comes with 20 pogo pins, with an option to get 20 more (40 total). How many pogo pins do people want?

There are 240 available test points so this is the max but I doubt more then half would ever get used.

Since there are only 32 io pins on the prop which is being used to test the board for more then 32 pins you need to add extra glue logic to the board. Any unused area on the top and bottom PCB can used for adding of glue logic. If more area is needed using one of the following boards with it would work well.

if longer header pins were used these boards could be soldered to the headers of the test rig making them 1 piece so your rig will not brake when changing. However so far I have not needed any more area then what is available on the rig.

If these sell I promise to keep Gadget Gangster well stocked. I can have 200 more kits to Gadget Gangster in 17 days if he sells out on the 15 I have sent so far.

It looks like a nice, useful test tool, and 240 looks like more then enough potential test points.
