Linking to a specific post; how to get URL?

There's a post in this thread (http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php?p=575479) that I'd like to reference, the second one up from the bottom of the page.
Is there a way to get a message ID number or URL that I'm not seeing (the answer is probably 'yes' :) )?

Your browser whould display a URL. At the end of the URL, you will see something like m=123456. Take just the number and append it to the thread url, using #m as a delimiter. So, for 123456 and your url you'd get:
····http://forums.parallax.com/forums/default.aspx?f=25&p=6&m=114128#m123456
A link such as this will take you to the specified page, then scroll down to the referenced post automatically.

Now, see, what *should* happen when you hover the mouse over the icon, is it should tell you what the icon means. I'm guessing the middle one means "Bad post, DO NOT LIKE!" (to paraphrase a LOL cat-ism). The other two? No idea.
