Servo32v5 vs Google..what pulsewidth should I believe?

Whenever I do a search on Google for servo control pulsewidths, articles state "1mS to 2mS" pulsewidths.
All of the servo information on here that I find shows 500uS to 2.5mS.

What should I believe?

This is the servo I am using:

Neither its not standardized. That's why servo_32 supports variable widths.

Some servos (not many) will respond from .5ms (500us) to 2.5ms (2500us), or somewhere in between. Varies from type of servo and manufacutures.
As Kye said, that's why Servo_32 and most of the other servo programs support a wide range of pulse widths.
