Does a LIN driver exist or is there an interest?

I'm just beginning with a LIN bus driver to test some functionalities and the question arises: did someone implement a LIN-driver already?

Have you looked at the LIN driver in Freescale's AN2599 application note?

No, I haven't. But, thanks for the hint, I'll look at it. Maybe, there is a newer one, because LIN 2.x is already on the road and that ap handles 1.3. But the physical layer hasn't changed. I'm now trying to modify the fullduplex object to firstly create a valid header
