RTC replacement of EEPROM

I am pretty sure I saw a RTC once that was pin for pin compatible with another SOIC EEPROM but I can not seem to find. Anyone remember this and know the part number?

Think its the FM3130 (there may be other). It has 64kb fram and rtc in one SOIC or DFN package
