Anyone have a problem closing the "Download Progress" window?

I've been programming the BS1/2 for many years, but recently have run into a problem when uploading updates to a BS2p40. All 8 EEPROM banks upload to 100% and the program begins to execute fine on the chip. BUT, the window still shows "Port Status: Downloading..." The debug window does appear BEHIND the Download Progress window. When I try to close the Download Progress window, my attempts are ignored. The only way to get rid of the window is to close the editor completely.

Anyone ever seen this before?

Update:

Further testing shows that the problem only occurs when using the Run Arrow on the toolbar at the top of the Stamp Editor screen. Uploading to the stamp via Run --> Run (from the menu bar) does NOT have any problem.

I've run into this. It's been a while since I've used a BS2, but IIRC I just moved the window to the side and eventually it went away on the next download cycle. It didn't seem to cause any problems.
