Preditor Update - Horizontal & Vertical Scrolling working

Just wanted to share some progress I have made.
Here is a video showing vertical and horizontal scrolling (slowly for now) running on TV_Text Half Height.
It also works just fine on VGA_Text64 but I do not have a VGA Capture device.

Horizontal scrolling for me has been a major hurdle, so I'm really pleased that its working
