Hi,
I bought a starter kit( a homework board ) and a mosfet ( BUS 90A). I am trying to create a heating circuit using the BS2 as a controller for 50cycles ( on 1min and off 1min).
I connect pin 6 to the GATE
Standalone power supply +ve(10V) connected to-->1ohm resistor-->Heating element( a wire )--> DRAIN
SOURCE--> -ve of power supply
i insert the programming for the pin 6 to on for 1min and off for 1mins, and repeat cycle for 50times.. however, the circuit doesnt work as what i wish it does. the current keep flowing within the heating element continuously without stopping. what is wrong here?
however, when i try using LED, it works:
I connect pin 6 to the GATE
Vdd(+ve) on the homework board connected to -->LED--> DRAIN
SOURCE--> 1k ohm resistor--> Vss(-ve) on homework board
what is wrong here?
