PCA9535 Serial I/O Expander Chip

I was looking in the OBEX for an object for this chip from TI. It's a 16-bit I/O expander, similiar to the PCF8574, which IS in the OBEX. It seems that the main difference is that the PCA9535 has two 8-bit ports, instead of just one. It's been a while since I've played with the propeller, so naturally, I was hoping I could be lazy with this... Has anyone written code for this before? If not, I guess it's time to break out the laptop, the propeller manual, and a good cup of coffee...
