Connecting the Propeller Plug to the Fonera 2100

Okay, really basic stuff here, but how do I connect my Propeller Plug USB adaptor to the serial header pins on a Fonera 2100? I've attached a diagram culled from the InterWebs that purports to document the pinout. I can guess what to do with TX/RX, but should the Propeller Plug's VSS be connected to GND or 3.3VCC? And do I just ignore NRES?

Thanks BradC! This worked like a charm and I am talking to the serial console of the Fonera through the Propeller Plug, just like that! A Linux box running DD-WRT on a 3" x 5" board with 3.3v serial and WiFi interfaces for $30. Now to figure out how to hack my own custom firmware...
